Who we are

Ermoplas is an Argentine Capital Company, founded on July 1st, 1973; dedicated to the moulding maker and the plastic packaging production for Cosmetic Industry.

It owns an important number of injection machines with different capacities where raw materials such as Polystirene, Polypropilene, Polyethylene, Abs, San, and other polymers, are processed. In Ermoplas we use automatic mechanisms of our own design, so as to manufacture products that need special cares.

Ermoplas owns moulding maker for molding development and molding maintenance for the different elaborated products.

Furthermore Ermoplas has automatic assembling lines (for mechanisms, lipstick´s bases; and powder compacts; cap´s decoration and assembling); and handmade assembling lines (for lipsticks, powder compacts, caps, jars, etc.)

Moreover Ermoplas has an exclusive area where pieces are decorated through Hot Stamping process, with machinery developed by our own. In case of other decoration processes such as silk screen printing, painting, U.V. application shellack, etc. first line companies are contracted.

Ermoplas has a Quality department that depends on the managers of the company. It works on inspection and testing of the components, and the whole maintenance of Quality Management System, too.

The company´s address is 1562 Mermoz St., in El Talar. It is 300 metres from the 197 Nacional and Panamericana Routes. It is in a 4.500 m2 place, where 2.100 m2 are used for the production and 1.100 m2 to raw material and elaborated products´ warehouses.

Among its main clients you will find Avon Cosmetics (Regional supplier in Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru), LÒreal Argentina, Cantua, Matiz Cosmetics, Dybelcorp and others.
